| In the Solid Manufacturing Department, manufacturing takes place in completely closed, uninterrupted and fully-automated lines, all in explosion proof (ex-proof) conditions.Through computer-supported, high-technology, dry / wet granulation installations, PAT-compatible (Process Analytical Technology) modern tabletting machines and film / sugar coating installations, semi-finished products ready to be packaged are obtained. The primary and secondary packaging operations of these semi-finished products are then performed in the Packaging Department.By continuously investing in our facilities and equipment, we offer high-technology production services for a wide range of products in our Solid Manufacturing Department. | |
| Weighing |
Residing within our Main Manufacturing Building, our Central Weighing Unit provides weighing services in line with cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) regulations, for Solid Manufacturing, Semi Solid Manufacturing, Sterile and Non-Sterile Liquid departments housed in this building.All raw materials go through a pre-check process in a separate room before going to the manufacturing area, thus eliminating any mix-up risk. All weighing operations are performed using barcode control systems and the computer system (AZO) integrated with SAP provides for an accurate weighing process.In this department equipped with capabilities responding to the weighing needs of various quantities, there is a possibility to directly feed production vessels from Big Bag stations through closed systems.  |
Injectable Cephalosporin In the Injectable Cephalosporin Department, structured as a separate entity, completely independent from non beta-lactam manufacturing areas, micro powder filling under aseptic conditions is performed in accordance with all current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) requirements. Manufacturing conditions are being continuously monitored through computer-supported systems.The facility is further supported by cold storage rooms completely dedicated to these products.The cartoning of the vials destined to local and international markets also takes place in the Injectable Cephalosporin Department.  |
